Service Description

Coaching and consulting focus on goals and empowerment based on future while therapy focused on mental health, you’re past experiences, and is based on a medical model. I will act as the guide to manifesting your goals and dreams on this journey. You will receive a one hour session including a copy of The Art of Being Authentic. Let’s talk if you live outside of New Jersey, Georgia or Florida, we can work together in a life coaching or consulting capacity.
